sensitive to the stress as it can interfere to the body system. There can be
reduced antioxidant defense with stress which can lead to the aging of skin.

should choose oily free cosmetic products. There will be no clogging with
water based makeup and oil absorbing foundations should be used.

should avoid from harsh chemicals in shampoos, soaps, creams and body
cleansers.

is important for you to maintain natural moisture of skin. You can have
protective and nourishing shield with layering moisturizing formulas.
- You
should have good diet. You can have healthy skin by eating fruits,
vegetables and other foods containing high water contents and vitamin.
- It
is good for you to drink plenty of water.
- You
should avoid spicy foods and caffeinated drinks.
- It
is good for you to spent most your time indoors.
- There
can be barrier created with over cleansing which can protect skin from
environmental assaults and bacteria. You should have limited use of
masques and exfoliating treatments.

should damp your skin before using moisturizer which can help you to
minimize dryness.
- You
should be well aware of perfumes and fragrances as well.
- There
can be less skin sensitivity with fragrance free detergents.
- You
should avoid cosmetic surgery, laser treatments, peels and alpha hydroxyl
acids. Use of sun protection is very good.

very good.
