Our skin needs an extra care in the summer season because of increased sun exposure. There can be affect of many things on your skin if you spent most of the time outdoors. Sunscreen

The use of sunscreen with minimum SPF 15 is recommended. Sunscreen should be applied 15 to 20 minutes before going out in the sun. you will have protection with the sunscreen. It can be good to apply it after every one and a half hour. There can be increased risk of melanoma with one sunburn which can cause swelling and pain. Therefore it is good to use sunscreen.

You can wear basketball cap when you go out in the sun. you can be able to protect your face with the help of summer hat. There are many summer hat available for women as well in different styles which can provide protection to the skin. You can also have cowboy summer hats as well.

Sunglasses

There are lots of sunglasses available which can be used whenever you are out. These sunglasses can protect your face and skin from harmful sun rays. There will be no worries about wrinkles and fine lines with these glasses. You can have protection from ultraviolet rays with these glasses. There will be less squinting with protection to the eyes.

Drink Water

It is good for you to drink plenty of water especially when you are outdoors. It can protect you from dehydration. There can be uneven skin tone with dehydration. You can have no fine lines if you drink plenty of water.

Lip Care with SPF

You should not forget your lips when it comes to skin protection. There can be more chances of skin burns to the lips as compared to rest of skin. You should use lip balm to provide protection from sun.

Let that fabric breathe

It is good fro you use loose fabric especially cotton or wool fabric. The use of fabric softener sheets and laundry detergents which are unscented is also good. You have to take shower after completing your workout.

Careful your skin tag’s rubbing

Warmer clothes are used in colder days and wool sweaters and scarves are used in winter days. There can be skin irritation with these clothes. There can be least irritation with cotton and silk clothes.

Are you sensitive to insect bites

You should take precautions about skin repellent when you are outdoors. You can wear long sleeve shirts and hat. You should not use heavy lotions or perfume which can attract insects.
